The rules that apply to your account and every bet you place on CC Zone. Please read them before playing.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CC Zone you agree to these Terms, the Betting Rules, the Responsible Gambling policy and any promotion terms shown on the site.
If you do not agree, do not use the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
It is your responsibility to make sure online gambling is legal where you live. We may refuse or close accounts from restricted regions.
You may not use the site on behalf of another person or with funds that are not your own.

One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their winnings voided.
Keep your login details secure and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

We may ask for identity, address or source-of-funds documents at any time, including before a withdrawal.
Until verification is complete we may limit deposits, bets or withdrawals.
We monitor transactions to prevent money laundering and fraud, and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Use only the deposit methods and networks shown on the deposit page. Funds sent on an unsupported network or to a wrong address may not be recoverable.
Deposits must be wagered before withdrawal when a wagering requirement is shown. Bonus funds follow their own wagering requirements.
Withdrawals are paid to a destination in your name. We may hold a withdrawal while we complete security or verification checks.
Fees and minimum amounts are shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages.

A bet is accepted only when it appears in My Bets. Odds and limits may change until then.
We may limit stakes or refuse a bet.
Settlement follows the Betting Rules for each product. If a result cannot be confirmed, the bet stays pending until it can.

Each bonus, coupon or promotion has its own terms shown with the offer. If they conflict with these Terms, the offer terms apply to that offer.
Bonuses are for genuine play. Abuse such as multiple accounts, hedging between accounts or collusion may lead to removal of the bonus and related winnings.

Bots, scripts, exploits or any software that interferes with the site.
Collusion, match-fixing or betting with inside information.
Using the site for money laundering or fraud, or with payment methods that are not yours.
Abusive behaviour towards other players or staff in chat, picks or support.

If odds, prices or results are clearly wrong because of a technical or human error, we may correct the bet or void it and return the stake.
Malfunction voids all affected plays and payouts. Funds credited to your account by mistake must be returned.

You can ask support to close your account at any time, or use the self-exclusion tools on the Responsible Gambling page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. Legitimately won funds of a closed account are returned after any checks are complete.

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion are available on the Responsible Gambling page.
If you feel you are losing control, stop playing and contact support.

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, third-party networks or blockchain delays outside our control.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of the bet or transaction concerned.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and significant changes are announced on the site.
